Method :
Shell
shrimps. Make a deep slit in center. Devein. Rub with salt and rinse
under running water for 15 minutes. Wipe dry. Add seasoning.
Transfer into refrigerator to chill for 1 hour. Sauté in heat oil.
Dish up. Soak
broccoli in lightly salted water for 10 minutes. Wash and cut into
florets. Blanch in oil and salt water. Heat wok.
Sauté grated garlic with 2 tbsp of oil. Add shrimps. Sizzle wine.
Put in broccoli and sauce. Stir well and dish up. Garnish with
tomatoes. Serve.
