Method :
- Soak mushrooms in warm water.
- Drain and remove the stalks.
- Clean the chicken feet and boil.
- Mix well the chicken feet with
chicken stock, vinegar, salt, spring onions and ginger.
- Place in a steamer and steam for
30 minutes.
- Add in the mushrooms and steam for
another 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with plain boiled rice.
