Method :

Rinse
ginseng with water. Wash chicken and lean pork and scald in hot
boiling water together. Remove and rinse with water. Drain.

Put all
ingredients (except salt) into a stewing pot. Pour in boiling water.
Cover with lid. Stew over high heat for 1/2 hour. Then turn to low
heat and stew for 2 1/2 hours. Season with salt. Serve hot.
