Method :
- Rinse mungbean sheets with cold
boiled water.
- Drain.
- Cut into thick strips.
- Mix with sesame oil.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Shell scallops.
- Remove the innards.
- Wash and drain.
- Arrange on mungbean sheets.
- Add garlic, diced chili and spring
onion.
- Steam over high heat for 6
minutes.
- Pour seasoning onto scallops.
- Serve.
Mo yu si, mungbean thread or dong fen
can be used instead of mungbean sheets.
