Method :

Place cod fillet, bacon, soy sauce,
oyster sauce, chives and corn flour in a blender or food processor
and process to form a firm mixture.

Divide into 12 portions.

Place a portion of filling in the
center of each won ton skin and lightly brush edges of won ton skin
with egg white.

Fold over to form crescent shapes
and crimp edges to seal.

Bring a wok or large saucepan of
water to the boil, arrange dumplings on a layer of greaseproof paper
in a steamer and place over water.

Cover and steam 10 minutes or until
cooked through.

Garnish with chives to serve.
