Steamed Duck in Lotus Leaf Recipes

slices or beef
cucumber, sliced
large lotus leaf
button mushrooms
carrot, sliced
soy sauce
piece ginger, pounded
salt and pepper to taste

Method :
- Marinate the duck meat with soy
sauce, pounded ginger and pepper.
- Clean the lotus leaf and place the
meat on it.
- Arrange abalone, sliced carrot,
button mushrooms, slices of beef and sprinkle with salt.
- Wrap the lotus leaf and steam
until well cooked.
- To serve, garnish with slices of
cucumber.
