Method :

Separate
the leaves of lettuce. Wash and drain.

Cut grass
carp, pig's liver and lean pork into thin slices. Add seasoning and
marinate for 10 minutes.

Heat 1
tbsp of oil. Sauté ginger slices. Pour in water and bring to the
boil. Add lettuce and bring the ingredients to the boil again. Then
add grass carp, pig's liver and lean pork slices. Cook until the
ingredients are done. Season with pinch of salt. Serve with light
soy sauce.
