Prawns With Ginger Dip Recipes

Ingredients : |
Marinade :

Dip :
1 tablespoon

light soy
sauce
rice wine
sesame oil
clove
garlic, crushed
white rice
vinegar
sugar
chopped
coriander leaves
piece
fresh root ginger, peeled and finely chopped |
Method :

Using a small sharp knife, cut
along back of each prawn and remove thin black cord.

Rinse and dry prawns with absorbent
kitchen paper and place on a plate.

Mix together light soy sauce, rice
wine, sesame oil and garlic and brush over prawns.

Cover and chill for 1 hours.

To make dip, mix together white
rice vinegar, sugar, chopped coriander and fresh root ginger, cover
and chill.

Preheat grill.

Place prawns on the grill rack and
cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, basting with marinade, until
cooked through.

Garnish with coriander leaves and
ginger strips and serve with dip.
Serves 4.
