Cut green
crab and rub clean. Remove the shell and gut. Pat pincers and cut
the body into 2 pieces.
Mince
pork. Beat egg in a deep plate. Add 1 tbsp of cold boiled water into
egg sauce and whisk. Then add pork and seasoning. Stir well. Add
ginger shreds and spring onion dices. Place crab pieces on top.
Steam over high heat for 10 minutes until crab is done. Serve.
