Method :

Peel
turnip. Wash and cut into pieces. Mince beef.

Wash dace
flesh and wipe dry. Mince and add marinade. Stir in one direction
until the mixture becomes sticky. Then add minced beef and stir
well, Make into small balls. Set aside for later use.

Soak
dried tangerine peel until it becomes tender. Remove pith and wipe
dry.

Heat 3
tbsp of oil. Sauté ginger slices, dried tangerine peel and leek
until the ingredients become fragrant. Add turnip and stir fry for a
while. Then add wine and some water. Cover with lid and cook until
turnip becomes tender. Cover with lid again and cook for about 5
minutes until the ingredients is done. Stir in sauce and add Chinese
parsley. Dish up.
