Method :

Bring a small saucepan of water to the
boil, add baby sweet corn and cook for 3-4 minutes or until just
softened.

Drain.

In a bowl, mix together ginger,
garlic, crab meat, rice wine and soy sauce.

Pour stock into a saucepan, bring to
the boil and add sweet corn and crab mixture.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper, add corn
flour mixture and cook, stirring, until thickened.

Garnish with spring onions and serve.
