Chinese Pork with Asian Coleslaw Recipes

Chinese roasted pork
2 tbsp
light soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp
mirin
1/2 sesame
oil
2 tsp lime
juice
2 tsp
sugar
135g
Chinese cabbage (wom buk), finely shredded
90g bean
sprouts
1 large
carrot, grated
3 tbsp
fresh coriander leaves
3 spring
onions, thinly sliced
lime
wedges, to serve |
Method :
- Thinly slice the roasted pork.
- Place the soy sauce, mirin, sesame
oil, lime juice and sugar in a bowl and mix well.
- Place the cabbage, bean sprouts,
carrot, coriander leaves and spring onion in a large bowl and toss
to combine.
- Pour on the dressing and toss
through.
- Divide the coleslaw among four
serving plates, top with the pork and serve with lime wedges.
Ready to eat in 15 minutes
