Method : Preheat the
oven to 350F. Place the chicken breasts on a lightly buttered baking
sheet. Cover loosely with a sheet of lightly buttered baking parchment
or aluminum foil. Bake for 25-35 minutes, or until the chicken is done.
Meanwhile,
prepare the broccoli according to the package directions. Drain. In a
small saucepan, heat the soup. Remove from the heat. Remove the skin
from the chicken and place the chicken in a 9 x 13" baking pan. Top with
the broccoli. Add the mayonnaise, cheese, lemon juice, and curry powder
to the soup and blend well. Pour the soup mixture over the chicken and
broccoli. Bake for 30 minutes, or until the sauce is bubbling. Serve
with the rice.
